(“Emblem Cranberry”) and using them constitutes consent to the following provisions and is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with such provisions. RIGHT

The laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada which apply there govern the use of this site as well as the interpretation, validity and effect of this agreement, despite any conflict of law provisions. You hereby acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec in any action or proceeding concerning this site and agree to institute any such action or proceeding in the judicial district of Quebec (Quebec), in Canada.

LACK OF RELATIONSHIP

No fiduciary, supplier, client or other relationship is created by access to or use of the site, including communications sent or exchanged by email or through the site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

“Emblem Cranberry” and its logo are registered trademarks owned by Emblem Cranberry Inc.

The display of trademarks, logos or trade names on this site does not transfer or create any licenses or other rights relating thereto. Any unauthorized use of these is strictly prohibited.

LANGUAGE

The French version of the website terms of use will prevail over any other version.
